Mr. Naquib Khan brings over 38 years of leadership experience across multinational companies, consultancy firms, and corporate affairs. A veteran professional, he served more than two decades at Nestlé Bangladesh in various leadership capacities, including Director of Corporate Affairs and Director of Supply Chain, contributing significantly to strategic decision-making and business transformation.

Throughout his career, Mr. Khan has played an instrumental role in developing external stakeholder strategies, corporate communication frameworks, sustainability roadmaps, and crisis management processes. He also made notable contributions to national initiatives, including the formulation of the ‘Bangladesh National Logistics Policy 2024’ and Rules of ‘Bangladesh Water Act 2013’ through public-private dialogue with institutions like 2030 Water Resources Group (WRG) of World Bank Group.

Mr. Khan holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with Honours in Accounting from the University of Chattogram and has extensive exposure to global training programmes in Switzerland, France, Malaysia, and beyond. He continues to serve in advisory roles for several organisations and foundations, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and societal development.

Mr. Naquib Khan is also widely recognised for his socio-cultural contributions. He is a celebrated music composer, lyricist, and founding member of the legendary band Renaissance. His lifelong dedication to Arts has earned him national accolades and recognition as one of the country’s influential music personalities.
